Topic: Food web 

Objectives:  By the end of the lesson the child will be able to tell the meaning of food web in their own words.Tell the difference between food chain and food web and food web correctly after the lesson.

Teacher will discuss with the about the food web with the help of diagram. A food web consists of all the food chains in a single ecosystem. Each living thing in an ecosystem is part of multiple food chains. Each food chain is one possible path that energy and nutrients may take as they move through the ecosystem.Examples of Food Web

• Importance of Food Web:Autotrophs are the foundation of every ecosystem on the planet. That may sound dramatic, but it's no exaggeration! Autotrophs form the base of food chains and food webs, and the energy they capture from light or chemicals sustains all the other organisms in the community.
